      Hard to move up. It's easy to get stuck in your role. Company tends to look outside and even pay fees for talent instead of looking inside

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
