      Pros

      - Production oriented business with very little stress environment - Easy to move around company to find what you like - Pay is wonderful

      Cons

      - Upper management has become severely disconnected with operations - Lack of middle management puts too much responsibility on too few staffers - Tasks are too compartmentalized (what is a maintenance job, oiler job, operator job, etc)

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
