      Pros

      As the headline says. Safety is always the top priority. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Biggest drawback that is evident is the lack of manpower. While pay is competitive they have a philosophy of paying middle of the road and never at the top end of pay scales. Waiting to see how circumstances are influenced by the merger with Domtar/Paper Excellence.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
