      - Talented colleagues - A product with a lot of potential

      Cons

      - A very toxic environment where growth is hindered, people are treated poorly and ideas are not valued but instead they prefer copying competitors' products - No interest in technical debt and technical advancement of the product - Resignation process was painful, VP of Product was plain rude to me after hearing of my departure and HR was often unreachable and incompetent to handle the process gracefully - I left months ago and I'm still waiting to be paid

      long hours, working outdoors is challenging especially during the winter, you have to be quick and multitask

      Pros

      There is alot of young people doing the marketing and bringing in the sales, it's good for just personal development, and motivation.

      Cons

      There is a lack of leadership this is the definition, of each man for him self. The top leaders act like they care but reality they don't guide you to succeed. This was an awful experience, they don't teach you anything about the services. The products didn't work, over a year with endotech , I lost thousands of dollars with the high subscription
