Staff's work overloaded due to combination of job description between teams unclearly . Must have a strong positive of mind or vise versa you will not able to manage your limit of patience and stress of work and boss behaviour.
A steady company manufacturing board. (Job security perhaps?) Colleagues and managers are warm and welcoming. Besides board, chemical (especially electrolyte) business is growing big. Work /Life balance is not bad
