Workload is getting heavier and sometimes need to cover my colleagues with their unrelated tasks when they’re not at work but the effort is not appreciated.

When you voiced out your concerns once, you get terminated but they “encouraged” you to speak up. Even I told the senior my concerns at work, he just keeps asking me to hand in the materials on time. Nothings changed.
Unfair work distribution. You often get tasks from seniors just because he’s lazy to do it few days before presentation but it’s irrelevant to your service scope. Working on a project while the senior just hold the meetings and have no duties at all. One colleague is invited to attend the meetings, non-stop speaking but she’s not working any tasks and still get paid.
You only be requested to do something on the meeting for the very first time and tried to wrong you but no prior notice on Teams group.
Unclear & delayed feedback from the senior till the very last minute and you have already spent time on some unrelated issues.
Received so many complaints from the users and they even protested in the office.
Boring & repetitive work - nothings related to the actual execution and nothing to learn. Even retards without prior knowledge or experience can work on it.
