Pros
Colleagues are generally kind and helpful. The offered salary upon joining is quite competitive.
Cons
The management, particularly Hellen, is extremely poor and dysfunctional. Before onboarding, she may come across as friendly and supportive but that changes the moment you step in. You’re thrown into the deep end with no support whatsoever. Worse, instead of helping, she tends to shift blame onto others when things go wrong, making you the scapegoat. Her emotional intelligence is seriously lacking. Despite being a C-level executive, she often lashes out at employees publicly in large group chats, completely unprofessional and demoralizing. It's widely known among colleagues that nearly 7 managers have come and gone in the past 2 years under her leadership. That alone should speak volumes.
