1. 10 hrs shift but manager force you for extent in more one hour
2. Very bad Environment
3. Cheap level politics
4. No increments from last 2 years
5. No matter about your personal life and issue they just want you come and work in ofc.
6. Even you are not feeling well they force you come here and work.
7. Very cheap language use for employees (Hr and manager)
I found that employees are very co-operative and friendly. I had learned a lot there with different software's. But if you are looking for High expectation regarding salary... rethink at joining time.
