I've been at Doozy for more than two years, and can confidently say it's the best company I've ever worked for. The combination of people and product is top-notch, and I'm so excited to see what roads we go down in the future. Doozy itself really lives its values, and I have found leadership at all levels is approachable and accessible. Working here is like being strapped to a rocket ship, and I feel so fortunate to be a part of its success.

There are some minor communication challenges due to having a partially remote workplace, but I am grateful that we are able to hire for talent -- not location. Doozy also makes a big effort to gather us all in Denver for in-person meetings, which helps build our connection and community.

Used to be a great company with big promises and a real focus on employees, culture and clients.

No one knows what is going on. People are being fired, expenses being cut, leadership is out of touch, and everyone is stagnant. Focus on the penny, not the dollar, and ignoring our roots.
