Pros

The local employees are extremely nice and welcoming to new employees and guests. Great group of people.

Cons

Both electronic and manual processes are very outdated, which forces new employees to take a big step backwards. Interview process did not reveal this fact. Also not mentioned in the interview process is the fact that one of their newer products is related to erectile dysfunction. Had I known this, I would never have accepted a position as it’s an uncomfortable product to talk about to co-workers and vendors. Lastly, the office furniture and decor is from the 70’s. Dark (no sunlight) and very dated.
