Pros
Truly remote-- there is no office. Good compensation. Excellent benefits (100% paid healthcare premiums, unlimited PTO, 16 weeks paid parental leave, lots of paid holidays, 401K, equity opportunities). Growth ambitions are realistic and supported by investments and revenue with smart, careful hiring across all departments. Team is distributed and diverse with many long-time employees. Communication is open and transparent at all levels. People are friendly and everyone has a helpful can-do attitude. As we grow, there will be advancement opportunities for those who want them.
Cons
With new leadership (CEO/ President) and team growth in a completely distributed workforce, it takes extra effort to build culture. However, concerted efforts are being made to align the team around a set of core values and common mission and vision. They are also prioritizing on-site (or is it off-site still when you have no office) events to bring the international team together.
