Team & Culture: This is probably the best thing about working here. The people are very smart and highly ambitious. There is a big emphasis on culture and how we work together. I feel very accountable to doing my best for my team and appreciate the honest feedback that is given on how I can do better. On the engineering side, everyone is very one team and collaborative. People here really care about learning and improving, not blaming or being negative. We even do these First Fridays where investors or other people come in and teach on a topic. Very cool that even in the midst of chaotic growth that has been prioritized. Fun! It's a fun product to work on. Our users love us and we get a lot of feedback from them, which makes it really inspiring and motivating to work on new features. Fast-pace: Everyone is very young and moves quickly. Marketing is constantly coming up with creative ways to grow our user base and is very open about what is working and what isn't . Even though that's not really related to my work, that experimentation, get shi* done attitude, and speed permeates the organization.

Challenging problems: This is really a good thing. It is a startup and we have been growing A LOT, so we have a lot of problems we need to solve to get to the next level. I know they are doing a lot of hiring to get more people to help us handle the growth!
