Pros
1. Dotsquares has become a big name in development sector. So to start a career it is a good platform. If you are a fresher who hails from Jaipur City, joining this company can make your CV. appear better. 2. You enjoy a lot during the celebration & Cricket matches teams occasionally play on Sundays. 3. On Saturday, you usually don't have much work load. You can learn something you want and bush up your skills. 4. If you have a good understanding with the Team Lead, the other team teams become more supportive. 5. Full one hour of lunch and the 15 minutes evening break. 6. You can go near the coffee machine when frustrated and can have some peace.
Cons
1. The HR are blind. They can't see when an experienced seniors make mistakes. Most of the male workers are alcoholics. I know it's a personal choice and we should judge a person based on their drinking habits. But the point is they force you to join them. I will repeat, not all but only a few of them. 2. Seems like you are here to date. They have a long orientation day in which the HR lectures the new joining about the morals and ethics. It is of no use. 3.The office suddenly become a dating zone sometimes. You can't talk to a male-colleague if you are single. People love entertaining themselves by spread rumors. 4.Though they have numerous rules to follow that clearly state that you can't have a relationship will the fellow employees. The guys stalk you on social media. The female co-workers try to send you can dates with other male workers. 5. When you don't they turn their back towards you. Not only this they try to make you feel guilty and apologize for what you have done nothing. 6. When you have difference of opinion with a senior, he/she will not help you in anything though you might agree to them. 7. The last but not the least, the favor the experienced employees to much. The increment for fresher goes maximum to 15,00 only!!!!!!!! 8. They give huge importance to the heritage and cultural activities. All in vain. The project manager is impatient and insensitive. He abuses the employee shouting obscene words. The man is weird, he get agitated without any reason and give unnecessary 'gyan' about not drinking and taking drugs though he himself is a huge fan of alcoholic beverages. 10. They think being an MNC = Avoid the american culture i.e. Talk about casual dating, sex and romance!! It really freaks the fresher out. The unmarried people keep from blabbering about their beautiful present relationship to entice the freshers.
