Zero support. Unrealistic EVERYTHING. Management needs major clean out. All fake No life outside this place.

You are replaceable. You could be the best worker in the team and still not be kept for a long time. You’ll go ahead in this job if you don’t care about connection and can talk to absolutely everyone, like confident in general. Yes, customer service makes you confident but to keep up is hard. I used to work many hours but never got acknowledged and when I wanted extra shifts never got them but was always called last minute. Communication is rough but it truly depends on sho you are talking to.
