Pros
The people at lower levels of the food chain, the hungry young lions who work themselves to exhaustion are incredible. The sales training you receive is more hands on than anything, you have some great peers to learn from and then its a case of getting on the phone and booking meetings and ensuring through repetition you get it right.
Cons
Management is incredibly unprofessional.when the company was doing well it was all high 5's and slaps on the back. but as the pressure came on and we did not perform as a company then the blame game began. I am not surprised that the people in upper mid management positions survived as they cover themselves and point the blame at everyone else other than look at themselves.
