Pros
Food perks - lunch and breakfast once a week. Stocked kitchen. Good benefits for single employees. Nice, clean, modern open space. Size of the company is comfortable. Diversity of race improved towards the end of my employment.
Cons
Management avoids employee problems until it's sky high. Lacks diversity in age groups. Salaries are not good, until you're in the management level. Hours are 9-6pm and most work longer hours. High turnover throughout the firm. HR keeps departures extremely silent.
