Pros
There are some nice people at DoubleVerify.
Cons
Working at DoubleVerify starts out fast and slowly declines to a land of blamers and shamers. Management expects you to hit the ground running with no onboarding, no direction. Just figure it out. You will be given just enough work to overwhelm you. Then, when your ideas don't meet 1000% expectation you will be politely belittled. Product decisions are made in one of two ways: 1) Emotionally 2) Passively. There's also the added layer of micro-managing (at every level) by people that have little experience. It's clear they're fearful of their position and status. Management expects to be a part of every email you send and they want you in every meeting. Their communication is erratic making it difficult to know what is being launched and what is postponed. Not to mention most of the squabbles are over insignificant enhancements that no one will care about. Management is scared to take the risks to lead. Instead, they'd rather blame and shame others.
