Very innovative and involved owner. This company will surely be going places.

Questionable management choices(although not in ALL cases) H.R. lady is also incredibly fake and out of touch with employees. She's even been known to bad mouth employees regularly. Not a conducive environment for reporting mistakes or oversights, will fall on deaf ears.
