The company has supported me every step of the way so that I have a rewarding, fulfilling and enjoyable career here. They give me the guidance and tools I need to be able to do my very best which is so much more than previous employers plus the company is headed by people who have spent decades here so I know what’s possible and what I can aspire to. I cannot fault the professionalism or culture of the company which is to help customers and colleagues at all times and this makes for a happy working environment. The training is exceptional and extensive and has been given whenever needed throughout my career here. It may sound like a cliche but I am genuinely proud to say I work at Douglas Allen as I trust the company to look after me as they have for so long and to help me keep progressing in my career.
