Resulting in low paid employees. - This also results in below par employees hired. - Favouritism comes from top to bottom. - A culture where stress is least of the worries. - Essentially, without product market fit have build an org which should not have been scaled this much. - Feel sad for the people who pay extra money for this. - In conclusion, another product the world could do without. - Hopefully, there's an introspection and the company is not run on ego but facts because maybe they don't realise but livelihood of many people depends on them.
