      Busy, many different "jobs" you could have while employed here. Boss keeps you busy, but not overworked. OT is also a PLUS!

      Cons

      Some downtime which can be a bit boring, but there's always something to do either way.

      Promotion processes lacked transparency and felt inconsistent. HR responsiveness to pay/role classification issues appeared limited. Leadership decisions sometimes felt misaligned with community needs.
