I've felt incredibly supported since starting here, more so than in any previous role. HR really makes an effort to connect employees across a remote organization. This connectivity has been a key factor in my positive experience so far.
Transparency and personal growth are highly valued here, and that's evident even at the top levels of management. For instance, during my final round interview, the CEO gave me a realistic picture of the industry, how Dragonfly fits into it, and how my own goals align with this. His approach was refreshingly candid, addressing both the positives and the challenges.
This honest and supportive environment motivates us as employees to do our best and contribute to the company's growth. I'm excited to see where we go from here.

This isn't so much a negative, but more an observation: like any company experiencing growth, there are still some processes and standards that are evolving. As the company continues to grow, these will likely need further refinement to meet new challenges
