10yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback; your comments are appreciated as our global HR teams are here to listen. We're keen to understand what's working well, as well as what areas need to be improved based on these experiences.
You're right - people are any organisation's greatest investment and we really want to do better. We've just completed our annual employee experience survey, and Vanessa is collating the results right now. Mark will be sharing this info with our NZ team over the next fortnight, and it already appears there are many ideas and suggestions we can (and will) quickly implement.
Productivity and performance is an important part of our culture at Drake, but equally we're focused on having the right people in the right jobs, loving what they do, and delivering measurable results for our customers (clients and candidates). Our operating philosophy is based on the principle that organisations achieve the highest level of performance when they are staffed with the right people, working with the right skills, knowledge and behaviours, using the best processes and technology-driven solutions, over an extended period of time.
We want to invest further in training and development this year, and we have eight members of our New Zealand team heading to Monaco next month to attend our prestigious 100% Club event on the basis of their team achievement.
