      Pros

      Great work environment, very research and education focused while keeping the core of the work in sight. The people are great and the salaries are quite competitive.

      Cons

      The pace is pretty fast, you need to be on your toes for some of the projects but thankfully this is more of sine wave than all the time.

      Pros

      Interesting work, good colleagues, company is supportive and there is good work/life balance. There are leadership opportunities for those to want them. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Raises haven't kept up with inflation. It's hard to break in as a new employee. There is a lot of change, mostly for the better but a lot of change.
