Pros
If you're one for working in an ambitious start-up, Dreamdata ticks all the boxes. There's a great collegial environment with pretty much the whole team invested heart-and-soul in the success of the product and company. Which means there's generally a really positive energy and vibe. Management takes genuine interest in your work, development and satisfaction - we have weekly anonymous feedback surveys - and are really trying to create a good working environment - we've got an office Happiness Manager who's fantastic at keeping us all in good spirits (monthly events help a lot!). As you'd expect from a start-up, innovation and creativity are encouraged and ideas taken on board - of course, you have to make the case and be happy to spar! Flexible work is part of the culture, which has been personally very useful from both a productivity and work-life balance point of view.
Cons
No workplace can be completely perfect. But Dreamdata is pretty close. As with any start-up, there's the inevitable chaos that comes with fast growth. For some, the lack of structure and swift shift of priorities can be challenging, for others, like me, this offers opportunity to be creative, form the foundations and have a direct impact on the journey. So if you thrive in that environment, Dreamdata is as near faultless as you can get, and I cannot but recommend it enough as an amazing place to work and grow!
