I joined as the first UX Designer. It has been one of my best work experience in my 6 years career: - Open minded team and management - Challenging and interesting projects and clients - Really nice Designer to work with - Flexi hours - We worked on a UX/UI process and had the freedom to apply it on real projects / with real clients

As it was a small new team there was the common up and down like any company of this size . Sometimes it felt a bit disorganized but the entire team and management was trying to improve, which is great!

Working in a small team means that everyone can play their part and add value. Great location and benefits. Work with a varied client base. Lots of opportunities for self-progression. An environment which is both challenging and supportive.

There may be the odd client of the more challenging variety, but you'll find that anywhere. Mostly, the clients are good and there is always support available if needed.
