We want to make sure that everyone feels recognised and rewarded for the work they do. Our pay will never go below the National Living Wage, and to ensure we remain competitive, we regularly benchmark our total reward and benefits package against other retailers. We continue to review our pay structures and benefits, making investments where we can.
Internal communication is also very important to us; we host regular Listening Lounges across the business to hear directly from colleagues and understand how we can better support them in delivering for our customers.
