Staff work well together and support one another. They have to because ownership is incompetent at managing people and foster toxic habits.
Cons
Training consists of being told to do something with little to no instruction then being lectured on how the job was done wrong. Employees are talked about behind their backs and issues are swept under the rug. The owners lie to save face. They do not take ownership of their mistakes; instead they blame former employees, the companies, and even the seamstresses they work with to correct mistakes they made.
