Pros
The pay is good. They are definitely fair when it comes to that. Decent team of people. They do like to promote from within and keep only the best people which is the way it should be.
Cons
If you do things the wrong way but you make the company a lot of money, they look the other way. This is not how it should be. The people who do this could make nearly as much money doing things the right way. Do not expect change or smart choices from this company. They are set in their ways and are not open to suggestions. If there is a change, you can count on it being one that makes everyone scratch their heads.
