Cons
1. Unlimited PTO is a great perk, but unfortunately it's not deflected from utilization, which means employees need to work extra hours before and after taking time off to reach their goal. This can be difficult to balance and may lead to burnout in the long run. 2. While customer retention is a priority for the company, little has been done to retain and motivate the team. Limited opportunities for promotion and raises have resulted in low morale, which may be contributing to high turnover. Leaving customers frustrated, as they have to deal with new members and re-explain their needs each time. 3. The workload seems overwhelming for the whole team. The amount of accounts, hours, and work is causing burnout and the math never adds up.
