Cons
It’s a pity, this company has lost its way and has rounds of layoffs after layoffs. Three to date and they are all worse than the prior. Sales has dried up and Vista clearly isn’t helping. In their latest round of layoffs they let people who had just joined a couple months back go and also did the same to senior Drifters based on pay scale as opposed to performance. What this tells me is that raises or bonuses for current employees is an afterthought. Adding to this amazing mess, the company now boasts an all Caucasian c suite.
