Pros
I had a great manager who really helped me develop my professional skills. They’ve since been laid off in this latest round of layoffs (they’ve had close to half a dozen in the past 12 months) that saw a third of the company fired.
Cons
From when I joined until now, this is a completely different company, and in the worst way possible. Apply/join at your own risk; this is not a place to grow your career & flourish. Seems like they’re prepping to dissolve & sell. Complete dumpster fire, can’t keep up with competition, no direction or strategy - 0 inspiration from all the ELT members. Plus the pay is below market and benefits have been slashed - though even to start, no equity awarded, no 401k match - there’s very little/nothing good that remains.
