Pros
Pro's - Small teams - Business transparency: required monday and friday company meetings to review details around goals and achievements. I also remember kick-off as being super educational. - Very open and supportive to collaboration/innovation as long as you put in the work. - People are super nice and very generous with their time.
Cons
- Boston is a very homogenous place and if you're different from the standard new englander, it can sometimes be harder to break into circles or connect with leadership. - The normal pains of a scaling start-up re: workload, pace of change, annoying bro culture, etc.
