      1. Culture: Open door policy and can communicate easily with other teams. 2. ⁠Work-life balance: We can work from home and only occasionally work longer hours. 3. ⁠Good learning curve and high dependency on each individual.

      Cons

      Some new leaders lack the vision and strategic planning. 2. ⁠Communication from senior management is one-sided, and suggestions may go unheard. 3. ⁠Lack of appreciation for good work. 4. ⁠Unfair and low compensation.

      Pros

      After years of consulting, it is nice to be part of a team again. The Drip Capital US team is smart, driven and easy to work with. You take ownership quickly and are allowed to make the changes and upgrades needed to succeed in your given tasks.

      Cons

      Though I am used to it, having overseas partners is always a bit of a challenge due to time zones, however, Drip has an India night crew to support US operations and limits this exposure. Drip US is still a start-up which I really enjoy, but some people find challenging.

      extremely poor data architecture, unstable data sources, extremely narrow margin product
