Pros
Drivemode gives you the ownership of your work from the day first. It is amazing that we are from so many different countries and cultures but we are all so similar to each other. I love my colleagues and I believe they are the best group of people I have ever worked with.
Cons
We are a growing company and we are enjoying our growth . Growth comes together with the challenges of adjusting to the change. Some people may find this uncomfortable .
