Pros
• Friendly work environment • Super affordable health insurance • Opportunities to learn new skills. We would get downtime toward the end of the month, and we could use the company Skillshare account if there was absolutely nothing else to do. • Company picnics at local breweries with provided food and drinks.
Cons
• Low salary. Mine was 36k. • Low quality design work. Automotive advertising doesn't always allow for the most inspiring projects. May be tough to get a lot of quality portfolio pieces. • New "skills" can be very niche. A lot of the time this meant learning how to navigate an outdated car dealership website builder.
