Pros

Driver's Edge has great opportunity for career advancement through one on one training and freedom to showcase your skills and ideas. Great team and competitive culture that allows employees to push one another while also supporting one another.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but it is a very agile company that can make decisions quickly to be successful. Would advise that you are open to trying new ideas if you work here.

Pros

The philosophy communicated prior to and during on-boarding is that of a family-owned, Christian company with huge growth potential.

Cons

The reality is that turnover is well-above industry averages for nearly every role in the company from General Service Tech, to Technician, to General Manager, to Corporate Office Employees. It is not uncommon to have the average new employee last fewer than one month. No 401k, no paid holidays (except 8 hours on Christmas, when they expect 11 hour days), and if you are one of the very few that make it more than a year to earn vacation, it is lost at termination (whether voluntary or involuntary). They claim they want to keep the pay at the top with the General Managers, but in reality they find any way to avoid paying full GM bonuses that are rightfully due. Unless you a desperate for a job right now that may not be there in two weeks, keep looking.
