Cons
These are growth challenges for a start-up, but I have seen consistent work from management to address of sitting stagnant: - Took a little while to get all team member health insurance, and was unbalanced between teams. But -this has now been addressed. - Opaque on pay & some aspects of job responsibilities , especially by position "type" or "level". Org structure in process, which may address. - Tight on facilities space as we grew quickly, this is improving now. -Hard to hand off / share responsibilities to create balance on small teams. But, cross training and hiring in progress.
