Pros
The pay is good; Friendly colleagues; Good location in the city center of Frankfurt.
Cons
It seems that the good reviews are written by the management or the marketing teams. From my own experience, this workplace was unprofessional and unstructured. The HR Team is only concentrated on organizing social events, and not focusing on the value of their employees. They just follow the instructions from the management which consist of putting more and more pressure on the employees, instead of supporting them. They push their loyal employees to the point that they even fail to do their job because the quality monitoring is simply nonexistent. In the end, it does not even matter if you do a quality job or not, nobody will even notice the difference (!). Poor and long training with very bad knowledge transfer. At the time when I left the company, a certain number of colleagues were also leaving. There is absolutely no concern from the management in regards to improving the work conditions. They promise a lot, but do not act accordingly. The goal is to make as such money as the big competitors, but with fewer resources. And if you cannot cop with it, no problem, we will replace you with fresh students, who will eventually leave the company after 2 or 3 years. During the time when I worked there, most of my direct colleagues had little education or instead no real previous work experience in real customer service, which makes them easily tractable. This company is also not interested in people with a more profound background, as it would mean that they have to review their entire strategy, which is what they absolutely do not want to do. Your feedback will always sound useless, no matter what. The goal is simply to make more and more profit.
