      Pros

      The product is great and the brand owner is brilliant, but unfortunately away a lot. This leaves the senior leadership to control it and they are awful.

      Cons

      It does get a bit boring having to listen to a management that thinks Ted Talks and books make you a leader. I was asked to turn the brand around but there is so much politics and back stabbing it's impossible to do anything.

      Had a great time over the years with the brand, good level of pay compared to other places in the area, and great flexibility with outside of work commitments

      Cons

      Non to speak of really, had a great time there

      Pros

      lots of creative freedom, i was doing everything from building the website, designing graphics, shooting video & taking photos

      Cons

      spread too thin and not really appreciated for it.
