      Friendly co-workers, can't really think of anything else. I hate minimum word requirements. So now I am just typing words.

      Cons

      Unsustainable long hours, managers without family or kids expect you to work 24/7, management constantly threatens employees with being fired.

      Pros

      Company culture, especially on the finance and operations team is really good. They hired an experienced CFO and I've had a lot of opportunities for growing my role. I've had a lot of support in moving to a role that I really like and changed fields to find what I really want to do.
