Pros
Location, some co-workers that you can trust
Cons
Sr. Mgt are micro-managers, work you to the bone and do not think there is life out of work just because they do, insensitive to health and family matters (especially odd given the space they are in), awkward culture, not comfortable to be yourself. Horrible at basic human communication and insincere Sr. Mgt not trustworthy at all (they have an agenda) and appear to be always overseeing your every detail and focus on the minutia that does not matter, rigid, desperate and impulsive at times, and it is their way or ...the highway (you will only know when it is too late, thankfully I trusted my gut read, but should have left sooner) Horrible IT support to end-users. They focus on their product technology for obvious reasons, but when you have a problem or concern- you are not a concern of theirs and there is not a designated infrastructure for inside support. Perpetual start-up- meaning they will always be in start up mode- by acquiring several companies with mixed processes it is like a bee's nest, trying to pick systems, vs process and technology priorities. Very top heavy with Dir/ Sr mgt personnel. Fails to give feedback timely and opportunity to address amicably. Fails to allow for productive dialogue and fair resolutions (you won't be heard). The good people leave-
