Pros

Best company to work at until new leader were came into force.

Cons

Many recent positive reviews on Glassdoor are being deliberately posted to mislead potential new joiners, as the true work environment remains highly problematic. These reviews do not reflect authentic employee experiences; they are attempts to manipulate the company’s reputation after numerous candidates refused to join based on earlier, genuine feedback. Claims that the recent change in leadership has led to a positive transformation are entirely baseless and do not match the reality observed by long-term employees. In fact, these fabricated reviews are systematically intended to cover up persistent issues rather than address them, and any assertion of improved culture or management is a calculated effort to attract naive new hires who may not be aware of the ongoing problems within the organization

This review is not only misleading but appears to be agenda-driven and malicious in intent. The claim that positive reviews are “fabricated” is baseless, defamatory, and an attempt to discredit both the company and the genuine employees who have chosen to share their experiences. Glassdoor has strict moderation and fraud-detection policies, and accusing the company of manipulating reviews without evidence is a deliberate distortion of reality. It is clear this post is not meant to provide constructive feedback but to spread negativity and discourage potential candidates. Dismissing the voices of employees who have recognized and welcomed the positive cultural and structural changes under new leadership is deeply disrespectful. Attempting to paint all progress as “false” reflects bias, not truth. We categorically reject these false allegations. Our focus remains on transparency, improvement, and creating an environment where authentic employee experiences—positive or negative—are respected. Job seekers are urged to review the full spectrum of feedback, rather than relying on defamatory statements that are clearly intended to mislead.

Pros

As CEO and President of Drut Technologies, I take full responsibility for the negative reviews published after the summer of 2025. It is true that we implemented leadership and team changes in the spring of 2025, and I recognize that such transitions are never easy. Change often creates discomfort, and that is something I acknowledge and accept. Change is also a forge that hardens the organization. I also believe that as professionals, we have a responsibility to engage openly and address challenges directly rather than through anonymous criticism. Drut Technologies is not a toxic environment. My door has always been open, and I continue to welcome constructive dialogue from every employee. At the same time, we hold ourselves—and our teams—to clear expectations: software engineers write code, product development teams document work, manage programs, and validate customer experience, and all employees are expected to operate transparently with their colleagues. We also accept that not everyone wishes to participate in this culture of accountability and contribution. To those who have chosen new paths, I sincerely wish you success in your next endeavors. For anyone who wishes to have a direct and meaningful conversation about their experience, you know how to reach me. I genuinely look forward to those discussions, because they help me—and our company—continue to learn and improve.

Cons

We are a small global team playing in a huge market and the product we are building is complex and unique. It is not for the faint of heart who are look for an easy work-life balance with more emphasis on life.

Pros

Lot of open source technologies to explore, lot of opportunities to learn especially in data center related operations. Good work culture and career growth. Good Tech stack. Onsite opportunities - open for all.

Cons

Many employees who were under-performing, sided with previous management (in offshore and onshore) fired by Investors, did mass resignations and chose to leave the company even after the new management assured them no impact which caused temporary dent in the Company. Earlier management was incapable, indecisive, making false commitments to employees and clients, lot of partiality to a set of people, long running and pathetic status calls. Some of the employees decided to stay back, but some of them were still under the influence of old management wanted to stay in the company without any contributions and ultimately had to be terminated. However, with all the incapable people leaving, only Core Tech team left behind, no politics and no partiality, especially the new top management is very transparent,I see it as a positive sign. With new management, the calls are streamlined and focused, opening new opportunities to employees, information is freely accessible to everyone.
