      Compensation and benefits are competitive when compared with competitors.

      Cons

      Poor management, no opportunities to have significant personal development. Back-office work that doesn´t need from any particular skill. Core values are instilled bordering indoctrination but aren´t really respected by upper management.

      Pay is decent for the area Depending on your manager, they are typically pretty flexible with your time worked

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy and red tape Constant spinning-off of parts of the company New in-office requirements when previous hybrid schedule allowed more time wfh
