Pros
The people who work here (Minus the CEO and 1-2 long time employees that work for him) are good people.
Cons
This company is run terribly. It is a complete dictatorship that serves their clients minimally, if at all. The Account Management side will do anything to withhold commission checks to his employees and even gossips behind his own teams back.
Changing resumes of Candidates to better fit the Job Description of the Clients' open positions are a norm here as well. Job Orders are chased down by the Account Managers and to top it off the AM never speaks with the Client in regards to open positions - he simply gets a JD and the salary requirements and demands 2 Candidates to submit to the Client within 24 hours - no ifs ands or buts.
It will take somewhere between 2-3 weeks before he does or says something that is so inconsiderate, rude, sexist, degrading, racist or somehow ALL THE ABOVE that you will realize that he is not the nicest person.
Also, Management tries to intimidate the employees on a daily basis by sending passive aggressive emails about taking a lunch break of even using the bathroom too frequently. And by management, there is only one person in management.
