Still a start up after many years now. Management team is pretty toxic and they keep failing to build upon some of the good original ideas and develop existing talent and client footprints. Landed but never expanded. This, and a general absence of loyalty has resulted in a cut throat environment for a small firm, diminished morale, mass exodus of good people, poor performance and there has been a transition to a culture of distrust and everyman for himself.
