      Pros

      I'd say about 90% of the employees always are there for one another. Pushing each other but also being the support when you need it. Unlimited PTO CEO is very approachable and knowledgeable. When I first started, he even sat next to me to help me work a case. This is his baby and you feel the passion from top to bottom. Freedom of work and not micromanaged.

      Cons

      Support team is often a second thought throughout the company and understaffed.

      I enjoyed my time at Duco as I was able to learn and grow as an individual and a tech

      Some of the cons I had that sometimes it was tough to converse with my colleagues as some of them were in a different time zone

      Pros

      Convenient location in midtown. Good group of people in NY - revenue focused office

      Cons

      Management is completely blind to the fact company is becoming less competitive. Innovation is extremely slow paced. Office is small and building is dirty. Company is a shell of its former self and revenue is rapidly trending down. Big mistake to join the “vision” management has. Company is trying to sell and product often loses to competitors or AI builds.
