Pros

The benefits are typical for the industry

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance for engineers at the Tulsa facility. I was told that I was expected to work a *minimum* of 55-60 hours per work. We were unable to complete tasks due to micromanagement, which was reactive, instead of proactive. I was often shifted from one task to another hourly. This reactionary management style and lack of planning led to a trail of unfinished tasks.

Pros

Compensation is competitive, though not exceptional. Many of the coworkers are supportive and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Management lacked professionalism and consistency. Communication was often unreliable, with delayed or nonexistent responses to emails and messages. Training sessions were frequently interrupted or started late, and there were no clear process documents or structured onboarding materials in place, which made it difficult to succeed in the role. I also experienced inappropriate and concerning comments during my time there, including remarks about hiring decisions that referenced race. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment. Overall, the lack of structure, accountability, and professional communication made the role challenging and unsustainable.
