      Pros

      Some great people. Process is under control.

      Cons

      Dudnyk was acquired by Fishawack (bad move). Leadership has been put in place who don’t have the talent to live up to their titles. Every week people are quitting. Toxic work culture. Overwhelmed employees. Not a place you want to work.

      - strong senior leadership team - smart/collaborative colleagues - agency culture

      Cons

      -sometimes recruiting is difficult due to agency location, but that's no longer an obstacle now that COVID has reduced the importance of living near your office

      The company seemed welcoming to new ideas and a place for collaboration.

      Cons

      A lot. Abusive-hostile environment. If you were liked or looked a certain way, you were given a positive experience to excel at your job. Otherwise, you are in a losing battle. No diversity and exclusion.
