Pros
Medical, education, pay time off PTO is good in compare to other company in the area.
Cons
Management is managing their people by the seat of their pants. Some of them are seat warmer. They came to work here after 30 years in service. They are only talk without merit. They have people without technical or college degree as level of associate chief technology officer. They just collected their paycheck for their incompetence. They hired people they knew not people's experience or competence. People were let go by new NC's CIO from NC ITS are here to collect big paycheck by buddy system.
